Negative thoughts.Words and attitude bring up negative and sad moods and actions. When the mind is negative.Poisons are released into the blood, that cause a lot of unhappiness and negativity.
This is the way to failures frustration and disappointment
ALL SORTS OF EGO
- Ego is being back and not wanting to visit individuals. It is a fear of what others might think of you.
- It is not allowing yourself to learn and grow to fear of responsibility that comes with that.
- It is the lack of trust towards people because your trust has been violated.
- Ego is the thinking nobody can do better than you.
- Ego is the inability to accept that you need help.
- Ego is pride, Ego is victim.
HOW TO REDUCE EGO
The ego is that half of us that feeds off praise, compliments and success. When we tend to board the ego, we are inevitably subject to feelings of superiority / inferiority, pride and worthlessness, success and failure. If we wish to avoid these negative emotions we want to transcend the ego.
If we are able to transcend the ego, we will realize that folks are instinctively a lot of drawn to us, even supposing we tend to are not any longer making an attempt to impress. It may seem a great paradox, yet, limiting the role of our ego can make a radical difference to our lives. These are some factors which might scale back the power of the Ego.
1. Don't Try to Impress
Don't speak about your own achievements.
Don't drop names of nice individuals you've got met.
Avoid forcing your accomplishments and success into the conversation.
If you've got been productive in accumulating wealth, try and keep quiet regarding it.
All these factors might impress your own ego, but, you'll guarantee they're going to have very little impact on others.
2. Be aware of False Modesty
Sometimes when we say. "O I'm absolutely hopeless". Actually, what we want is for people to respond. 'Oh no you are not, you are really good." Humility means that we don't take excessive pride in our achievements, but, it also means we don't exaggerate our failings in the hope of gaining sympathy.
3. Be Careful of Flattery.
We need to take care concerning receiving praise, in some ways that it is as tough as receiving criticism. The problem is that the ego likes receiving praise so we are able to simply become addicted to being flattered. Don't seek out those that are keen to praise us, as this is often solely feeding the ego. Also, be wary of flattering other people in the hope that they will return the compliment.
4. Do not use your faith / Spirituality to Impress
It is a mistake to feel that the follow a religion/ non secular path offers us an ethical superiority over people. If we have a tendency to feel any superiority we are missing the complete purpose of spirituality. Spirituality is about a feeling of identity not of proving that one path is healthier than others, this may be one among the foremost insidious sorts of ego.
This is as a result of once we finish off the ego in a very sense of ethical superiority, we are able to simply trick ourselves into thinking we have a tendency to reducing the ego, when actually we are strengthening it
5. Be Aware of the Extended Ego
Ego isn't just about feeling we are higher than others. Our Ego can also be expressed via national / religious feeling. When we feel a pride or superiority in our faith / nation, there's still a similar problem of ego however, it is expressed through an extended sense of reality. This sense of superiority / pride has been just as damaging as if it was contained to ourselves. However, we will feel that because it's not directly associated with ourselves, somehow there is no ego involved.
6. Do not Speak Badly of Others
Very often, after we speak ill of others, there's a delicate attempt to build ourselves look better. We might not expressly say it, but, when {we|once we|after we} point to someone's shortcomings we imply that we do not have these, and thus we are far better than them. The important thing here is the motive. Be very vigilant; what is your inner motive for criticizing someone else? If it's to make you feel / look better, be terribly careful. The irony after all is that after we criticize somebody, typically we've got constant imperfections ourselves, it's simply that we discover it easier to see them in other people.
7. What is Your Motivation for Doing Something?
If no one knew that you simply had done it, would you continue to do the action with constant intensity? Can you work without expecting reward and praise? If you'll do things selflessly with no desire for people to search out out, this is often a sign you do not provide importance to the ego. If you simply do things within, the hope of praise, then you're working to satisfy the ego. The sad issue is that if you actually work selflessly, at some point, your efforts can receive a lot of greater recognition as a result of people also will come back to value the selfless motivation behind the action. Try doing some things but do not let anybody In the NT (New Testament), this is what Jesus meant when he said. "And with you left hand,"
8. Don't Roly on Your Physical Appearance to Impress
If you rely on your physical beauty to impress this is often definitely coming from the ego. This is not to say that beauty is a bad thing, faraway from it real beauty is heightened by modesty and also the absence of ego. Avoid paying excessive attention to your physical looks. To reduce our ego, we have to give great importance to our thoughts and motivation behind our actions. We have to be very strict with ourselves and work out why we do something.
To reduce the ego, needs great vigilance, we need to reflect on every action and motivation. However, to reduce the influence of the ego, is of great worth, it's the key to achieving a sense of inner peace.
